Well worth the money.

Worked in combination with my power meter, after removing some material. Your saddle needs to rise 4 mm.

Pros & Cons

Cheap
Easy to fit
You can keep your old SPD SL shoes
Adjustment possibility smaller than normal
Combination with power meter in the pedal

clicks into the pedal with some difficulty because the treadle is narrow and there is little space between click system and treadle

Pros & Cons

Not recommended

- Julian, 17 May, 2021

I would like to recommend these , they seem like a good idea but; Shoes with two screws have a different shape on the bottom. This shape help to clop in. Without it the cleats can be hard to clip in, especial the second shoe. Skidding off the deal at the traffic lights, particularly on an up hill slope, can be quite scary.

Pros & Cons

Good Idea
Hard to clip in
not adjustable
