Reviews over the
Schwalbe Tubeless Valves
1 / 5
Worthless
Schwalbe tubeless valves seemed like a good choice at first and I had mounted them on both bikes. Unfortunately, this quickly proved to be a completely wrong choice as all four valves have already given up the ghost within a year. The valve core is improperly designed with the result that tubeless latex quickly gets stuck in it causing the valves to no longer close properly and thus lose air. They are difficult to open which makes intermediate inflation very difficult. Quality is nothing compared to e.g. Stan's valves, which after 3 years of intensive use still perform like day 1!

Not the best looking valve but does the job
Easy to fit, reasonable quality, not as nice to look at as a Milkit valve, but does the job

Cool Valves
The all black valve has a non threaded section which makes life for my track pump seal very easy. In fact I was about to replace the pump rubber to get a better seal on my old valves but now I don't have to. The end face which sits inside the wheel rim has two flats and these are quite difficult to see. Presumably they are to be placed facing the rim to increase the gap for the tyre to sit. Tightening the valve nut easliy causes the flats to rotate. The profiled spacer to fit on the rim face and prevent the nut from scouring the face is a nice touch

Easy to handle and a neat price
Nice and simple and airtight all at once

Does what it needs to do
If you have round rims they don't fit very neatly to the eye. I expected them to leak on that but so far no complaints

Excellent tubeless valves!
Fine valves, does what it is supposed to do. I do lubricate the removable valves with some (acid-free) grease, so they don't clog up with latex.

Installation was easy because it can be tightened with an Allen wrench. This gives you less chance of leaking air through the valve. Nothing else to comment on.

Best tubeless valves
Bought these after a disaster experience with Silca valves. These were half the price, better made and much easier to fit.

More than an ordinary good valve
Positively surprised by a valve! My old valve was already a bit older and just wanted to replace it along with the new tires. And these are really a lot better than what I had! At the bottom is a flexible rubber that fits well to the inside of the rim and the top of the rim is nicely protected by a second rubber that you lock up by tightening the metal ring. Everything is nicely done in black, which matches very well if you have black rims. In addition, it does what it is supposed to do: seal airtight. No latex came out and the tires stay nicely pressurized. The price was a bit disappointing at first, but they are worth it!

Good valve
Does what it's made for. Letting air in, then holding air in place and letting air out only when I want it to.
