Reviews over the
DT Swiss GR 1600 Spline 25 Disc
5 / 5
Top price performance
I have hoped from the DT Swiss wheels on my Bergamont Grandurance 8 especially 2 things: more smoothness and tightness of the tubeless setup. Both exceed expectations. Where the driving feel was slightly spongy before, the wheel now runs completely stable. Agility in the curve is also significantly improved. Tubeless so far in combination with mucoff milk without pressure loss. The wheels were for my needs an absolutely worthwhile investment.

Possibly the most reliable and best gravel wheelset on the market!
I already own the second set GR1600 - since I have already driven over 5000km with the 27.5 "version and not a single problem, not a single defect and also had no breakdown with it, I decided to buy a second set, this time in 28 ". Even if the wheel is fully loaded, it creaks and squeaks nothing. This wheelset has, especially for the low price, with the best price-performance ratio on the market. Only cutbacks must be made somewhat in weight - 1810g is not easy, but also not particularly heavy. Big bonus point: the incredibly reliable and durable DT Swiss 350 hubs. These are very easy to disassemble and clean yourself. A freewheel change is also made very quickly. I drive this set with a Campagnolo N3W freewheel with a Campagnolo Ekar shift group. Works perfectly!
