According to the product specialist

Pros
Due to the light tread pattern, you enjoy low rolling resistance.
The honeycomb profile on the sides provides the necessary grip when cornering and braking.
The combination of several compounds gives the tyre great grip and durability.
The lightly rolling Schwalbe G-One is a top tyre to ride on the field and forest roads.
Due to the light tread this tyre has a very low rolling resistance in dry and hardened conditions.
Tubeless Easy gravel tyre with plenty of grip at high speeds.
No snakebites because of the latex sealant instead of an inner tube.
Also suitable for e-bikes with pedal assistance up to 25 kmph.
Cons
The profile of the Terreno Zero is less suitable for less hard surfaces.
The double compound of the performance line is slightly less flexible than the triple compound of the G-One evolution line, so the rolling resistance is slightly higher.
The Schwalbe G-One excels in dry and paved conditions, but is less able to handle wet conditions.
