Pros
With an average of 225 kcal and 21 grams of protein per bar, this is an excellent recovery snack.
You hardly taste that it is a protein bar, which makes it suitable for anyone who normally doesn't like that.
As it comes in six flavours, there is certainly at least one that you like.
Despite the high protein content, the bar has a surprisingly pleasant taste.
The bar contains as much as 50% lactose protein, which is ideal for muscle building and recovery.
With only 179 kcal per bar, this snack goes well with any diet plan.
