The Shimano MT5 W cycling shoe has taken inspiration from the outdoor-style and feels like a lightweight walking shoe when walking around. The MT5 simultaneously offers the performance of a mountain bike shoe: the sole has a fibreglass-reinforced plate to optimise its rigidity. The EVA mid-sole and rubber outer sole improve your cycling efficiency as well as your walking comfort. The insole is completely flat. The upper is made from a single piece, ensuring an optimal fit, increased durability, and lower weight. A speed-lace system easily and quickly allows you to adjust the fit to your specific needs.
