A full mechanic dropper-pen, that, like those of a few other manufacturers, uses a replaceable air cartridge that serves as a spring. Some manufacturers are testing the limits with a 150mm or 170mm drop, but Pro stick to a respectable 120mm drop. Practically this appears to be enough for most people, except for the tallest and most hardcore riders, perhaps.
