About 15% of the calories are derived from proteins (soya) and more than 70% of the calories are derived from carbohydrates (oats, rice, cereals and real fruit).
A Go Bar contains less than 2% fat on average. GO Bars doesn't contain hydrogenated vegetable oils, added sugars, fructose, glucose syrup, glycerol, artificial flavourings and colourings or binding agents.
