The Polar FT1 is the ideal tracker for people who want to start using a heart rate monitor. The display is easy to read with one-button functionality. The FT1 keeps you informed on your heart rate. You can easily install your heart rate zones, so when you’re going too fast or too slow you get a notification on your display and an audio signal.
You analyse your workout on the basis of your average and maximum heart rate. The Polar FT1 has backlight for use at night. The FT1 is waterproof, so it can be used in the rain and for swimming. With the Polar HeartTouch you operate your FT1 hands free, just hold it close to your chest strap. The delivery includes a Polar T31 coded transmitter (chest strap).
