The PowerBar Isoactive sports drink is the most popular sports drink in PowerBar's product range. The PowerBar Isoactive is a 3-in-1 sports drink. This PowerBar sports drink replenishes your moisture, carbohydrates, and electrolytes. The Isoactive sports drink is based on PowerBar's C2Max Dual Carb Mix. This carbohydrate composition is a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose. With this combination, the body can absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. This is 30 grams higher than sports drinks solely based on glucose.
Additionally, the PowerBar sports drink has a balanced mix of electrolytes (Sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium, and magnesium). Electrolytes (minerals) support a proper moisture regulation, but are lost during perspiration. It's important to refill electrolyte reserves before and during exercise. A moisture loss of 2% can already lead to significantly reduced performance.

Stap redelijk dit van mijn fiets.
Geen klonten en drinkt goed weg. Vind alleen de smaak sterk maar meestal drink ik limo ook niet heel sterk.
