The Jagwire Road Pro Brake Kit is a complete brake cable set for road bikes. The Kevlar-reinforced housing consists of three layers through which a polished and PTFE-coated inner cable runs. As a result, braking with these cables is very smooth and requires little power. This kit also includes extra sealed cable ends to make it unlikely that dirt, sand and mud can get to the cable.

Dicht niet goed af
Ik heb deze set gekozen vanwege de extra afdichtingen, echter bevat deze set niet de afdichtingen van Jagwire om de buitenkabel goed af te dichten (Hooded End Caps). Dus na de eerste rit met een beetje modder loopt de kabel niet meer soepel.

Prima en gebruiksgemak, geen wondermiddel.
Gemakkelijk omdat alles in een set zit. Tegelijkertijd wel duur, dus je moet overwegen of je niet beter af bent met een setje kabels, kabeleindjes en framestops. De kwaliteit is goed maar je moet je best doen om het verschil met een "gewone" kabelset van Shimano of Campa te merken.
