If you are an ambitious cyclist keen to take your training to the next level, the INPEAK Powercrank-E TWIN2 105 FC-R7100 offers a perfect upgrade. This power meter is pre-fitted to a high-quality Shimano 105 R7100 crankset and is dual-sided, which means it measures the power output from both your left and right legs. This way, you can see exactly whether your left leg is generating as much power as your right leg, and how smooth your pedalling motion is on long rides.

Why choose this dual-sided device over a single-sided power meter? Two-sided measurement provides a much more complete picture of your performance and helps prevent injuries caused by muscle imbalance. You can effortlessly pair the INPEAK system with your trusted cycle computer or sports watch via ANT+ or Bluetooth. Please note that the R7100 series is specifically designed for Shimano 12-speed groupsets. Dual-sided measurement (TWiN2)
This INPEAK system uses sophisticated sensors in both the left and right crank arms to give you not only your total power output (up to 2000 watts) but also access to Cycling Dynamics, Torque Effectiveness and your left-right balance. This helps you focus on pedalling more efficiently.

Magnetic charging and waterproof housing
No more hassle with flat button cells - simply charge the built-in battery using the included magnetic USB cable! The battery will last an exceptionally long time, and the IP67-rated housing provides optimal water and dirt protection for the electronics, even against heavy rainfall.

Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC)
Temperature fluctuations normally affect the accuracy of a power meter. This INPEAK device features an ATC mechanism that actively compensates between -5°C and +50°C, ensuring your data is 100% reliable at all times.

Compatible with:
• All road bikes with a compatible Shimano Hollowtech II bottom bracket and a 12-speed Shimano drivetrain.
• Most modern cycle computers and sports watches that support ANT+ or Bluetooth (BLE) power meters (such as Garmin, Wahoo, Polar).
• Bike frames with sufficient clearance between the crank arm and the chainstay.

Not compatible with:
• Frames where there is less than 8 mm of clearance between the left crank arm and the chainstay.
• 11-speed chains and derailleurs. The teeth on the 105 FC-R7100 chainrings are specifically designed for a 12-speed chain.

Not included / still required:
• New Hollowtech II bottom bracket bearings (in case your current bottom bracket happens to need replacing).
• A suitable and compatible cycle computer that can display your power output in detail.

Fitting this complete crankset is easy to do yourself if you have a bit of experience with tools. All you need to do is replace your old crankset with this new set. You’ll need an Allen key, and preferably a crank cap spanner to tighten the left-hand crank cap. Always use a torque key to distribute the torque evenly in accordance with Shimano’s specifications. When you're done installing the set, take your cycle computer and carry out a manual zero calibration.

• Before each ride, carry out a manual zero calibration (zero-offset) using your bike computer. This only takes a few seconds and ensures the readings remain spot on, especially if your bike has been stored in a shed where the temperature can fluctuate.
• Keep the magnetic connector on the crank nice and clean. After a ride in wet conditions, wipe away any sand and dirt to ensure a good connection with the charger.
• Wash your bike by hand and avoid using a high-pressure washer near the sensors to keep the waterproof seal in perfect condition.
