With the SRAM Force AXS E1 upgrade kit, you're all set for the future because this groupset is electronic, 12-speed and fully wireless! The Force groupset is full of new and smart technologies for optimal performance, giving you reliable, fast and accurate shifting action at all times.

Optional addition: Hammerhead Karoo
With this upgrade kit, you can also order a Hammerhead Karoo cycle computer to complete your electronic setup. The Karoo allows you to easily follow routes and gain insight into your training through various sensors, and can be paired with your groupset. If you do the latter, you can fully customise your groupset, and can even monitor the battery status of the derailleurs! The Karoo bike computer has a battery life of 15 hours, so it will easily last several rides.

Wireless eTap technology for future-proof shifting performance
Thanks to SRAM's eTap technology, shifting cables to the derailleurs are a thing of the past. With wireless shifters, your bike is more aerodynamic and you don't have to fiddle with any cables. A particular advantage of the Force AXS E1 group is that it is 12-speed, giving you a wider range and eliminating the need to change the cassette when you're going to ride in the mountains!

Powerful brakes and ergonomic shifters
The SRAM Force AXS E1 shifters have had a makeover. Like the shifters in the Red series, the brake levers now have a slight curvature. Plus, their reach is easy to adjust, so the brakes are easy to operate. Moreover, SRAM has changed the pivot point of the brakes so you need less force to press them, even up to 80%. As a result, the shifters are easy to operate from the hoods. Finally, the shifters are fully customisable in the AXS app. This allows you to set how you want to shift gears yourself.

X-Range technology
X-Range ensures you have a more efficient drivetrain by moving the shifting range from the crank to the cassette. SRAM has designed the cassettes to give you smaller but more consistent intervals between sprockets. This also allows you to have a wider range. All in all, you can ride on the same chainring for longer on this crank and shift up and down more smoothly.

SRAM Yaw™ Trimless Cage technology
The Yaw™ rotating front derailleur cage is an innovative solution to avoid having to make minor adjustments to the shifters when the chain is angled. This is because the Force AXS E1 front derailleur rotates slightly to keep an equal angle with the chain. As a result, it ensures direct and precise shifting performance!

X-Sync pulleys
The SRAM X-Sync pulleys deliver the highest performance and durability. The SRAM X-SYNC™ long square teeth pick up the chain sooner than traditional triangular teeth. The X-SYNC™ rings and derailleur pulleys are an integral part of the SRAM drivetrain.

Flattop chain
Thanks to Flattop™ technology, SRAM has developed a chain that is lighter, quieter and more durable than previous chains. The chain is flat on the outside for a sleek look as well as an aerodynamic advantage!
