With the Elite Quick-Release you can put your road bike, mountain bike or trekking bike firmly in all Elite trainers. You can use the Quick-Release as an extra quick-release with a direct drive trainer from Elite, but also as a standard quick-release for your rear wheel. This way you don't have to change when you start working on your indoor trainer.
