Shimano XTR M986 Shadow Plus 10-speed rear derailleur with Shadow Plus technologie. A lever provides in the On-position for a enlarged spring tension. This damps the movement of the rear derailleur and provides a more equal run of the chain, so it would not make any annoying noise. In the Off-position it is easy to (re)place a wheel.
