Descripción
The Giro Chronicle has the MIPS system so the helmet can slightly move (shift and rotate) relative to the head, so the lateral and rotational forces are cushioned. The Roc Loc 5 system allows you to change the fit, tension and vertical position with one hand. Just turn the dial to tighten it on rough terrain and to loosen it for a relaxt fit on a steep climb.

Nice looking and comfortable
Very good and comfortable. Have yet to crash with it but it seems like it'd do a solid job. The only thing is that it looks quite bulky, but I'd happily accept that if it's safer. Note that Giro's colours may not be true to what they say. I initially bought a "red" one but it turned out to be orange. I contacted Mantel and returned it, and I see that they changed the description to "orange" even if officially from Giro it's "red".

Lo que buscaba.
Tenía un TL A1. Este es más cómodo, más ligero, menos voluminoso, más ventilado, y el mips parece útil. Creo que acerté plenamente escogiendo este. Mi cabeza roza los 59 cms y la talla M me va bien por poco, justo pero perfecto. En esta tienda estaba a buen precio y el servicio fue muy bueno.

The Giro Chronicle MIPS protects you during everything from technical descents to extremely long climbs. Compared to other MTB helmets, this helmet has a low back. This way the back of your head is better protected during crashes. It has many of the qualities the more expensive Montaro also had, except the price. The P.O.V. Plus™ visor, the Roc Loc ® 5 adjustment system and the Extra plush Coolmax padding are a nice example.
