The body is made from CORE Medium fabric, the same insulated, breathable softshell used on the sleeves of the GT Winter Jacket S11: It repels water and blocks out the wind chill. To arm your feet even better against impossible conditions, Assos has added a second protective layer to the front of the Booties - a layer with a WATERSHIELD coating that provides both extra insulation and a waterproof seal exactly where you need it most.
