Tacx Trainer Mat T2918 Rollable

Bizarre how happy you can be with a "mat". I was shocked the first time when I mounted my Tacx on it and when there were sharp, deep indentations where something heavy had been. Was immediately afraid it had been damaged. But this material springs back to its original shape fantastically, which keeps it looking sleek. It also absorbs sweat perfectly and can easily be wiped with a wet cloth afterwards. The price is steep for a piece of plastic (because it is actually no more than that) and yet this mat is indispensable if you train at home on a Tacx. I was a bit sceptical beforehand (cost versus what you get for it), but in the end I would recommend everyone to buy one.

Fits perfectly with the garmin tacx bundle. Initial odours are gone after approx. 1 week. Would buy it again at any time.

Beautiful mat. Pity though that the mat is packed too tightly, resulting in ugly creases in first part.

OK, but could be thicker for the price.

Expensive for a piece of foam but definitely comes into its own with indoor training. Therefore worth buying. Sweat stays on it so it is easy to clean

Very practical, filters vibrations and noise very well, but beware of the unbearable smell of plastics and chemicals, which is very difficult to get rid of when the carpet is unpacked.

A great training mat ideal for rolling or placing your bike on to work on. There are several on the market but this one stands out!
