Bad, would never buy again
Difficult to unwrap because very sticky (you have to stop or ride without hands on steer), very artificial taste (berry and banana)

Delicious and nutritious
Nice taste and easy to chew. only thing is the package is difficult to open when it has been in the backpack. Due to the heat it sticks to the package.
