Te groot gekocht
Prima bel, lijkt degelijker dan de knog oi. Heb alleen de verkeerde maart besteld. Dit hadden ze kunnen fixen, dat het overval op past toch?

Idea is good, execution less so.
This bell broke on me after 4 months because the little copper ball that touches the bell fell off. This probably happened while ringing. Without this part you can hardly hear the bell. I bought it to replace the knog oi because the spring had gone flat (within a year). And didn't want that to happen again so chose a better (I thought) & more expensive option. Both were not the loudest either. Another disadvantage is that on a racing handlebar there are few places where it doesn't hit the cable, if this happens then the bell is also muffled. I am writing this review because 2 products from this supplier became unusable too soon.

To transform an ordinary bike into a luxury bike...
On my bike, the diameter of the handlebars is not uniform, so I had to struggle a bit to find the right position. So: be careful. And be careful not to lose the little screw with the torx head. Once it's on the ground, you have to look for it, because a replacement won't be easy to find. The sound is superb, not aggressive but far-reaching and surprisingly persistent.

Fancy.
When I cycle through the forest or along the path with this thing adorning my handlebars, despite the fact that I am only riding around on a third-rate second-hand 2016 Trek Superfly under my ass, it feels like I belong to the absolute top of the elite. With my nose in the air, I whiz past all the stoempers, stumpers and old souls on e-bikes, while their cranium still resonates after observing the absolutely phenomenal sound this little gadget produces. They probably think that they themselves will never make it so far in life that they will be allowed to hang a flawlessly tuned bicycle bell on their steel steed. No really, if you make this thing reverberate people will pull over, dismount and give standing ovations as you pass by. Cherubs descend from heaven with gifts of magnesium citrate for your water bottle. A girl with red hair and freckles sighs as she gloriously looks down over evaporating alpine meadows in the setting sun. Artisan goldsmiths, copper casters and tuning fork makers go to bed at ease. Throughout the cycling world, a sigh of absolute inner peace and an overall sense of "how good life is" passes. And that with one peg of a bell.

Fine bike bell.
The bell was delivered as expected, quickly and well-packaged.

Robust bell with beautiful design
Because of the design, you hardly notice you have a bell on your handlebars. The pin feels very robust and the sound is loud enough to warn fellow road users that you are coming.

Sounds great, looks great, and has a nice low profile.

Happy with this deluxe version!
This is one of the few bells that have a snake design and still a good sound. I had the previous version (also on sale as 'not deluxe ' ), but in it I was disappointed that the spring was floppy and broke off quickly. This spring is a lot more solid, and the sound is better!

Nice bell only the sound is disappointing
Very nice product fits well on my road bike handlebars. Hardly noticeable. I find the sound disappointing especially when riding in the city.

A very nice fancy bell
A good loud bell, really makes your bike look nicer

Best bubble ever
First had the old model but it sounded very dull, now perfect sound and excellent appearance

More durable than Knog Oi bell
Bought due to defective Knog Oi bell (spring quit). So far, this "deluxe" edition seems a lot more durable than the previous bell! My only other consideration would be the Canyon Road Cycling Bell incorporated into the handlebars.

Very solid material
At least that is a bicycle bell , something solid , much better than all those plastic bells.

Bike bell does what my horn can't.
I have this bell on my electric scooter. It has a hefty horn on it. I have to use it for stretches on the bike path. People do not hear the scooter when I approach and want to overtake. If I honk far in advance, people don't move aside, they don't make the link with the sound. If I honk from close by they get scared to death. This bell solves it. At the sound of the bell the asociation is: "please move aside". And it fits neatly around the left handle (not the throttle) and has a nice unobtrusive design. Fine thing!

Nice little bell, difficult to assemble.
Nice subtle bell for my gravel bike. Unfortunately my brake cables are so tight that the bell does not work. I ended up putting the bell upside down (a bit cumbersome) but now it works.

Pleased
I bought both the small and the large. The sound is different (of course) but very musical in both cases.

Stylish, but doesn't work for me. Does have potential with other set-up
Nice little thing, just can't get it to work on my handlebars: sounds dull with cables under clamp through

Nice bell, does not stand out. Decent quality.
Meets fine, just some more frequent calls.

Best and most beautiful bell ever
Purchased the Knog de Luxe, normally very expensive but this was the opportunity and highly recommended; great sound and beautiful bell, easy to install!

Falls short really little sound
Assembly easy but the final result is disappointing there is almost no sound coming from the bell
Pros & Cons

Beautiful, good quality, operation mwah....
Nice product. Price is not low, but nice quality bell and also looks good. My cables soon run along my handlebars, tucked in under handlebar tape, so they quickly hit the bell, making it ring less well. Of course you can say that the cables should be looser, but I guess I am not the only one with cables on the handlebars....

Very satisfied
Excellent bell. I mounted it because my bike only had a horn.
Pros & Cons

Fantastic design idea, poor design execution.
Fantastic design idea, very poor design execution. The maximum 31,8 diameter is actually a bit to large. Better make the ring a bit bigger for a 31,8 mm bar. And the bell design doesn’t take the brake cables in account so when these touch the bell, the bell gets muffled. In my case the bell is now mounted upside down so the ring does not get muffled by the cables.
Pros & Cons

Tres joli, belle façon mais ....
The bell is very elegant and discreet, and fits perfectly on the handlebars (size S). However, its volume is too low: you can barely hear it. Which is annoying when you're using it.
Pros & Cons

Disappointed!
Size L is designed for diameters from 23.8 to 31.8mm. Impossible to fit on my 25mm handlebars!
Pros & Cons

Safety in a beautiful and user-friendly package!
Bell is very easy to install with the enclosed material. If the circumference is just a little too wide, you can glue another strip so that the bell can be attached perfectly. Very easy to use and loud and clear enough to warn on the road. Very nice bell! Fan of the matte black color!

Nice bell
Read the manual carefully, it should be mounted a little too far for your liking
Pros & Cons

Happy with my purchase
I had to fiddle a bit to attach it, as the screw was too small (or the diameter of my handlebars a bit too wide). But with a longer screw, no problem. I was a bit afraid of the comments about the sound. I think it's quite loud, so there's no problem alerting people 50 metres away.
Pros & Cons
2 / 5
Noise level too low in urban areas
Ah la la, the little bell: very pretty but useless! The volume of sound in an urban environment is far too low. And what's more, you have to learn how to play the hammer with it: if you use it too loudly, the sound is 'broken'; if you use it too softly, you feel like you're using a child's toy. My entry-level doorbell did better.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Beautiful design and functions excellently
Only in use for a few weeks, but functions civilly. Hopefully the solidity is better than the cheaper model, which came with my Stevens bike. At least the construction of the control knob looks more solid.
Pros & Cons
1 / 5
Inaudible!!!
Poor product, inaudible, creaky hammer, you pay top price for a barely usable thing.
Pros & Cons
5 / 5
Nicest bell on the market.
I now have 2 bubbles. The big one and the small one. The big bell is much louder than the small one. So if it fits in terms of thickness, you'd better take it. I had to remove the lining on the inside otherwise it just didn't fit on the handlebars. For a road bike, this is the best solution in my opinion. Without a bell it is impossible to do in the Netherlands.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
Clever bell and unobtrusive placement
Probably not technically possible for such a small, tight-fitting bell, but the volume could have been a bit more.

I will look for another bell.
After less than a year, the lever of the bell broke off. Too bad, the bell is very nicely designed, but the construction is fragile. For the price, I expect a longer lifespan.

Bueno bell-o
It’s a little fiddly to mount but once it’s on it’s on. Happy with the size and profile of it the most. My bars feel cultured often with lights and computers and the like so buying a little extra space is necessary.

Top product, which in terms of design and sound absolutely delivers what it promises.

nice solid but pricey product
nice design bell that does what you need it to do, ring when you want to pass somewhere without scaring people.

Superb bell
Super nice bell. You can hardly see it sitting there. Nice sound, polite but really audible. A bit more expensive yes, but well that bike was too expensive too... Tricky fitting though, I had the large one, according to my caliper it should fit but I filed off a millimetre:) then I got it around the thickest part of my handlebars, where it sits best.

Couldn't be better!
Exactly as described. The "jewel" of the bike

Return sender.
I had bought the bell for my road bike. You have to be lucky if your cables run well otherwise you can shake it. Also, you have to give something like 76% power to get a snappy sound out of the bell. With full power, the bell does nothing except give a tap.
Pros & Cons
4 / 5
It costs a bit, but then you have something; in terms of looks but certainly also in terms of sound
Don't understand some reviews claiming the sound is not loud enough.

Super nice bell
Super nice bell, made as a gift for a cycling bike. Ordered larger size first, however it turned out to be too big. Size S is significantly smaller and fortunately did fit. Will recommend ordering a size S.
Pros & Cons

Modest bell
This one is a bit more expensive because of the metal hammer. The version with the plastic hammer sometimes wants to break. Feels solid and can be placed close to the handle.

Top product!
There is no more excuse not to have a bike bell on your road bike. This one is top notch! The sound is also perfect: not too intrusive but clear. Happy with it! The screw provided was too short for my handlebars.
Pros & Cons

Unfortunately, the quality does not match the high price of the product
On my handlebars, I could only attach the bell under the brake handlebar. Even without handlebar tape, I cannot attach the largest size bell close to the stem. Moreover, the sound is too weak.
Pros & Cons

Still quite satisfied
Nice bell...fits my bike better than such a simple case. Bell sound could have been a bit louder....some hard of hearing or if it's windy don't hear the bell right away so ring 2x

Had expected more from it
Design makes it not really stand out. For price, would have expected a bit more in terms of clarity and amount of sound.

A top bike bell
Very easy to use

Super chic bell
The bell is super well made, looks very smart (I've been asked about it several times) and contrary to some reviews, it can be heard very well by pedestrians and other cyclists in the city - that's what it's meant for. I wanted to equip my Single Speed as minimally as possible, so I decided on the bell. I'd say it's even more stylish with the bell than without it!

Beautifully unobtrusive design with powerful clear sound
Beautiful design, super sound and solidly made. Buy this one straight away and not the cheaper version, which breaks down in no time. Not cheap but well worth its money. When mounting, make sure the sound part does not touch anything (brake or gear cables). Otherwise it will not work properly.
Pros & Cons

Beautiful but impractical
Super nice bell with good sound only mounted hardly any sound comes from it.

After several tests, this doorbell has given complete satisfaction.

Not what I expected
Does not meet my expectations. Difficult to mount it in such a way that you can also call easily. The sound is also disappointing in terms of volume. Next time another cheap bell.

Beautiful and good quality, price to match.
Honestly, for me, it is just the look that was the deciding factor to buy this bell. I really like the bell, and it looks good on my road bike. Qualitatively, it all looks solid. Mounting is easy, and the inner ring has recesses for your cables to pass through. However, these recesses have a fixed place, and therefore also determine the position of your bell. In the end, I did not mount the bell around the cables, because I wanted the bell to be slightly more rotated for ease of use.
Pros & Cons

Loud and clear
Fine design, such a normal bike bell often looks a bit like a pimple on your handlebars anyway. Has a pretty loud ping and also maintains that volume for a long time. Is perhaps not very useful as the ping is more noticeable than the sustained sound. Tone could perhaps have been a bit higher, but then again you run the risk of it falling out of hearing range of some fellow road users. Just fits over the top part of a round road bike handlebar, partly because it comes with a very short screw. Makes mounting more difficult than you would expect with a bike bell. Strange that a box that could fit through your letterbox is sent in a shoebox-sized parcel. Fast delivery though!

Brilliant design
Normally no bell comes on the cool MTB of course but with this model you want to be seen. Superb design and the sound is loud enough. Now during the Covid Lockdowns we really need such a bell on the MTB.

Nice thing and nice sound.
Nice accessories for the bike, very happy with it. The sound could be a bit louder as far as I'm concerned, but I haven't come across a better bike bell yet.

Nice quality may cost something
More solid than the regular knog bike bell. Good crisp and clear sound to let fellow road users know I want to pass. Also quite expensive, but in my opinion definitely value for money.

He does it well and is seriously bright in tone. Whether it's every wade I doubt. Satisfied with it though.

Beautiful, but bell definitely not loud enough
I always want my bike to be super chic. Without tinkered things or clunky accessories. Optically, the bell satisfies 100%. Fastening is a bit tricky with that (indeed) short fastening screw. But the sound is underwhelming. Sometimes you can make it 'ping' nicely but for fellow road users it is really only audible at very close range.... Or I'm cycling too fast.

Top bubble
It is beautiful, minimalist, stylish and - not insignificantly - it does what it is supposed to do.

Topper
Despite a few flaws, I still give it a 5. Indeed, the bell is difficult to install and costs almost twice as much as other bells. But the sound of this bell is clearly audible compared to many other bells which gives a safe feeling. On the other hand, the design is unique on the handlebar and does not get in the way. I can now also place my GPS on the handlebars along with this bell. Very convenient design to ring from the race bike when your hands are resting on top of the handlebars. And finally a lightning-fast delivery from Mantel, as always!!!

Great sound, good fit, bit fiddly
I needed a bell and this one seemed to tick the boxes. It fits around the handle bars mine is attached to a 2000s MTB but it blends in nicely and it's easy to reach when riding. I have a couple of issues one I've solved: 1. At first I thought I'd purchased the wrong bell size as my bike bars are on the smaller side of the fitting range. But I hadn't realised there was another rubber adjuster fitted descretely inside the box literally attached to the underside of the moulding the bell was packaged in. It was really easy to miss so how this helps others. 2. I haven't quite decided what the issue is yet but it appears that through use the bell metal gets slightly distorted and you have to sort of push it all back into place after usage otherwise the next time you ring it you only get a partially muffled sound not a proper ring. It's a minor inconvenience but one that I'm surprised occures on an otherwise high quality bell. The final note and I'm nit picking here is the bell metal is a really nice black but where the strike occurs this destroys the paint so you are left with a metal dent. Over all of recommend the bell but with these caveats in mind. Hoping the company can raise its standards. Mantle delivered to the UK (England) in a really great time and I'm pleased I've discovered this company.
