The insole is removable if you wish, you can also use your own insoles. Have ridden it once on the gravel bike and even walking with the shoes through the woods is very convenient. Sporty look Light weight

Pros & Cons

First gravel rides done with this shoe and they really like it. The single BOA closure ensures that the foot is well secured. The fit is such that no additional closure is needed. Unlike Fizik's narrower fit, this shoe's is a bit wider at the forefoot. The comfort is so good that the shoe does not cause aches and pains with a day trip and transfers the forces to the pedal well, beyond expectations. The heel has non-slip material. And the design is also sleek.

Fashionable shoe. Sole is slightly pre-shaped and therefore not necessarily snug. The sole is reasonably supple though. My SPD plates are far forward but that results in them touching the ground when walking and therefore very uncomfortable.

Fine lightweight shoe. Measured foot at home, chose correct size and therefore fit excellent.

Just did a vigorous autumn trek through northern England and the shoes held up fine. Got dry pretty quickly. Have yet to prove themselves in summer

A great gravel shoe, an improvement over the previous model, removing the unnecessary zelcro strap with a simple one Boa. Improved sole too and has a good medium wide fit.
