Default setting one was very exhausting, before I found where it can be adjusted down a bit.

I had a non-interactive suito elite, the XR is great, super fluid, reacts very well to power variation, and the Cog Zwift is perfect.

A great home trainer, very easy to install, especially with the click & cog system, which eliminates the need for an extra cassette. The adjustment rings for the axles are supplied, and coupling with zwift is immediate. It's very comfortable to use, with the option of forcing it into a standing position at over 800w, so it doesn't move.

Reliable, quiet and easy to use, especially with zwift. Very good home trainer, especially with the easy-to-use zwift cog version.

The first ride was very good. Sprint finishes give you the incentive to really get going. You really work up a sweat. No boring riding down a few kilometres.

Product received quickly, easy to install, BT connection was fairly quick and stable, the Cog system is very quiet and fluid.
