The thin LiteSkin material has worse puncture resistance than the thicker SnakeSkin material, though it does optimise weight savings.
The triple MaxxSpeed compound provides plenty of traction, but has slightly higher rolling resistance than a harder compound.
Tubeless sealant should generally be topped up every 3-6 months.
