According to the product specialist

Pros
The Fuse inner jacket is perfect for adding warmth when wearing a rain jacket.
The DuPont™ Sorona® material makes this jacket lightweight, breathable and quick-drying.
A rain jacket can easily be attached to the Fuse inner jacket via the connection system at the back.
The neoprene cuffs and collar provide additional comfort.
The high water column of 10,000 mm ensures you stay dry inside the jacket, even in a heavy downpour.
Fully taped seams prevent water from entering through the stitching during prolonged rainfall.
The jacket is windproof, which helps to better retain your body heat while cycling in cold winds.
Reflective black elements on the front increase your safety without giving the jacket an overly striking look.
The extra air-vents under the arms effectively dissipate excess heat so you are less likely to feel clammy.
The waterproof two-way zip lets you adjust the degree of freedom of movement from the top or bottom of the jacket.
The fully taped seams prevent water from penetrating the stitching, keeping you dry for longer.
Thanks to the use of Poray 5000 material, this jacket is wind- and waterproof.
The elastic cuffs close well around your wrists for ultimate comfort.
The jacket folds into a very compact size and can be stored in the supplied pouch.
Valuables can be stashed away safely in the zipped hand pockets.
Cons
The Fuse inner jacket does not provide protection against rain and splashing water on its own.
The jacket has no insulating lining, so on very cold winter days you will need to wear an additional warm mid-layer.
Since there are no elastic bands in the sleeves, water or wind may enter through there.
With a very upright sitting position on a city bike, you may find that the regular fit bulges a bit at the front but this does give you room to wear a thick winter jumper under the jacket.
The jacket does not have inner pockets.
