According to the product specialist

Pros
The Grifo tread, but at a lower price.
These tyres are great on forest surfaces or sand.
The Challenge Grifo Pro TLR is the all-rounder! From sand and grass to forest floor in both dry and wet conditions.
The addition of Tubeless to these tyres makes them very reliable against punctures on bad roads with small stones.
The cotton casing makes this tyre extra supple compared to other tubeless cyclocross and gravel tyres.
Its classic look makes tubular tyres even more attractive to your bike.
Great tyre for mixed surfaces, offering excellent grip on both forest floors and sand.
The tan sidewalls make these tyres look a lot like tubes.
The white tyres can really make your bike stand out from the crowd.
The raised knobs on the sides combined with the lower knobs in the middle makes this an ideal tyre for mud or grass.
The tan sidewalls give your bike a classic look.
Cons
The less expensive rubber offers less grip on wet branches and frozen surfaces.
If the ground is extremely muddy, this tread may not provide enough grip.
