Pros
The carbon crank gives it a cool look, and more rigidity.
Ergonomic thumb shifters so you can change gear while on the drops.
This groupset shifts as smoothly as Ultegra and Dura Ace.
You can also use this groupset in combination with an 11-34 cassette.
Cons
Powershift can only shift 1 gear at a time.
The 105 R7000 groupset is heavier than the Ultegra and Dura Ace.
