According to the product specialist

Pros
The Selle Italia SLR Advan is one of the lighter and stiffer saddles on the market, ideal for cycling fanatics!
Because padding is added only at the most important contact points, the saddle is light and also remarkably comfortable.
The S-shape makes it easier to stay in the cycling position and prevents sliding.
The wide cut-out relieves pressure from the rider's soft-tissue area.
This saddle is excellent value for money.
The saddle provides best support to cyclists with a deeper, sporty sitting position.
The stiff saddle shell makes for excellent power transfer and is long-lasting.
The short nose and wide cutout allow you to sit in an extra aggressive and aerodynamic position.
The large cut-out allows you to sit in a deep aerodynamic position without developing saddle soreness.
The saddle's shorter nose enhances comfort for long rides.
Thanks to the use of austenite rails, the saddle is relatively light.
Cons
As this is a hard saddle, you will need to cycle more often and longer to get used to it. It offers the best support for longer rides. If you ride less than three times a week, you will need a softer saddle that offers more comfort.
This saddle is heavier than other saddles in the PRO Stealth series due to the higher weight of the CrMo steel rails.
Compared to the Trek Aeolus Pro, this Aeolus Elite version is slightly heavier.
