Description
De Rider 310 gives you all the info you need for a good training. It is easy to use, contains 70 features, including time registration, speed measurement, distance, burned calories, cadence, altitude, heart rate, and power. For cadence, heart rate and power measurement you'll need to connect specific sensors. With pre-installed fitness tests and a planning feature you get data on your personal fitness by MHR (maximum heart rate) and LTHR (lactose threshold heart rate) which you can then apply to your workouts. The Rider 310 was designed to make your training sessions structured, smooth and simple.
It is easy to create a cycling log and follow your progress or share your rides and workouts with friends and family. You upload with a so-called .FIT file. This type of file is recognised by most common tracking apps and websites like Strava, Training Peaks, Endomondo and Map My Ride. There is no need for extra software to convert files. It is designed for the all round cyclist, which makes the Rider 310 E easy, powerful and affordable.

Great and affordable head unit
For this price range < €90 I consider it the BEST head unit to display live critical telemetry data, like POWER (several field options), cadence. As my sensors are all ANT+ it was simply perfect!

It does what it says on the tin
Same functions as a garmin 510/520 but orientated towards people that do not need to know VO2 max % or KOM info. Just most used info power/cadence/HR and speed. This is an improvement compared to Ride 40, same size as the rider 40.
