The GripGrab FastStream Aero Dial Covers are made to smoothen one of the most turbulent areas of modern road cycling shoes: the dial closures. By improving airflow over these protruding parts, they increase aerodynamics without adding much extra weight. With a sleek, slip-on design, they sit closely around the shoes and fit seamlessly into an aero setup.

Materials and fit
The Aero Dial Covers are made of a PU-coated stretch fabric that goes over the dial closures to create a continuous surface where airflow is usually disrupted. While the close-fitting slip-on construction allows for a streamlined profile, the non-covered parts of the shoes have room for ventilation. Thanks to the ultra-low weight of 18 grams per pair, the dial covers add very little mass to your cycling kit. They are suitable for both road and gravel cycling shoes but are not reinforced for heavy off-road use.

Finish and functionality
The exterior has a smooth aerodynamic surface that helps direct airflow over the shoe. The targeted coverage keeps other parts of the shoe open to maintain ventilation. With a minimalist design, the dial covers go well with aero socks and are intended as an alternative to full overshoes. The limited construction keeps the focus on aerodynamic gains without extra bulk, and the covers slip easily over the dial closures.
