Castelli Ristretto Lite fabric

This fabric combines breathability, warmth and dryness in a single layer, with a PFAS-free DWR treatment for water repellency with an eco-friendly coating.

Engineered air permeability

The fabric is largely windproof, yet allows just enough air to pass through to wick away sweat. This keeps you drier and warmer without causing you to overheat.

Stretch-woven back panel

On the back, where you sweat the most, there is a different fabric with more breathability and more stretch. It increases comfort without reducing warmth at the front.

Two-way YKK Vislon zip

The zip opens from both the top and the bottom, allowing you to fine-tune exactly how much ventilation you want while cycling.

• Temperatures between 10°C and 18°C - this is a versatile gilet for the transitional seasons.
• Rides where you want to be able to easily adjust ventilation.

• Cold rides where you also want to protect your arms - in cool conditions, pair this sleeveless gilet with a thin, sleeved base layer.

• Wash the vest inside out at a maximum of 30°C and use a sports laundry detergent to ensure the Ristretto fabric and the DWR treatment remain intact.
• Leave the vest to air-dry; the tumble dryer will damage the water-repellent coating.
• Open the zip a bit from the bottom for more ventilation as soon as you start to warm up, and gradually open further as needed.
