This fabric used on the front is completely windproof and offers maximum stretch. An Italian-made polyester wind membrane enhances protection, with slightly less breathability than Castelli’s top-of-the-range models but more stretch.

Thermoflex fabric on the back

On the back, where you are less exposed to the wind, Thermoflex fabric provides warmth and stretch.

KISS Air2 seat pad

This chamois provides all-day comfort and is only a small step below Castelli’s premium X2 chamois; it is even the preferred choice of some professional riders.

Camlock ankle zips with reflective covers

The ankle zips with camlock fastenings make it easy to put the bib tight on and take it off, and the reflective covers increase your visibility in the dark.

• Extreme winter cold: temperatures between -2°C and 6°C;
• Riders looking for a budget-friendly windproof bib tight without compromising on performance.

• Milder winter conditions: In temperatures above 6°C, a lighter model, such as the Espresso 2 bib tight, will be more comfortable.

• Wash the bib tight inside out at a maximum of 30°C and use a sports detergent for best care of the AirFlex Thermo fabric and the chamois.
• Leave to air dry; the tumble dryer will damage the wind membrane and chamois.
• Use the camlock ankle zips for easy putting on and taking off, even while wearing overshoes.
