The Assos Summer UV Protector P1 cycling sleeves are made of a blend including polyamide and elastane, which allows them to stretch comfortably and sit snugly around your arms. The fabric feels like a second skin and moves easily along with every steering movement. Developed specifically for summer temperatures, the material effectively dissipates heat rather than retaining it. As a result, you will continue to enjoy a fresh feel as temperatures rise, and your skin is completely shielded from harmful sun rays.
When designing these summer cycling sleeves, Assos opted for a seamless construction to prevent irritation or friction on the skin. This lack of seams makes the sleeves very comfortable for long rides on a road or mountain bike. With a low-volume construction, they fold up into a compact size so you can easily stow them in a back pocket of your cycling jersey when you don't need them for a while. The cuffs on both ends fit firmly without being tight, so the sleeves stay well in place and do not sag towards your wrists while cycling.
