Thanks to the high carbohydrates content per energy bar, you provide your body with a fast supply of energy so that you can continue to perform for longer and better. Because the bar contains fibres, the absorption of nutrients is more gradual than with a sports gel. The digestion process is also slowed down by the fibres. This prevents an unpleasant feeling of hunger as you feel full for longer. In addition to being a good source of carbohydrates, the Mantel Energy Bar also contains a light dose of protein. Proteins support muscle strength and restore the muscles after physical exertion. In short, the Mantel Energy Bar is suitable for long and intensive cycling tours.

Beste prijs-kwaliteit verhouding
Beste sportrepen die in de fysieke winkel te koop zijn, qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Vooral smaken appel-kaneel en banaan zijn lekker!

fijn formaat, minder kaneel graag.
Deze reepjes happen lekker weg en hebben voor mij precies het goede formaat. Liever wat meer kleine reepjes mee, dan een grote reep die ik met moeite weg kauw. In de toekomst wat minder kaneel in de appelvariant zou fijn zijn: erg heftig.

Verrassend lekker (appel)
