Brexit import regulations prevent us from offering our full range of products.
Due to the complex and time-consuming import procedures introduced after Brexit, we are unable to offer our complete product range to customers in the UK. We ship our orders from the Netherlands, and importing them into the UK has become a significant obstacle. We had hoped that these procedures would be simplified over time, but this has not been the case.
As a company, we are committed to providing our cycling friends with the best possible service and experience. Unfortunately, the current import regulations make it difficult for us to do this in the UK. Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to cease our activities in the UK.
We understand that this will be disappointing for our UK customers, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We hope that the situation will change in the future, and that we will be able to resume our activities in the UK at some point.
