Very disappointing: Killed two tyres and half a dozen tubes in a 4 months

Somehow I managed to kill two of these trainer tyres and half a dozen tubes in a few months time using a Kickr Snap and Zwift. This is actually worse than with regular road tyres. I can barely ride 1000 km without killing at least one tube. I also find that it's very difficult to mount the tyre.
