Technology

Recommended use: Ideal for consumption during exercise. Tear off the top of the sachet and drink! These gels can be taken without water.

Recommended dosage: The most common cause of fatigue is the depletion of carbohydrate reserves during exercise. Replenishing carbohydrates before and during exercise can improve (cycling) performance. If the workout lasts longer than 90 minutes, it is recommended to consume additional carbohydrates. It is recommended to take 1 to 3 energy gels per hour. Or to combine the energy gels with other sports nutrition up to an intake of 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour. A common strategy is to consume energy gels during the high-intensity phases of exercise. Due to the rapid digestion process of energy gels, they are absorbed much faster than other sports nutrition products. An additional advantage is that the absorption process requires less energy.
