Description
The Shimano RP400 is a high performance endurance shoe at an affordable price. This cycling shoe guarantees a strong performance, partly due to the features below.
Firm leather and perforations for a great fit and ventilation
The RP400 is made of high density synthetic leather. This quality makes an important contribution to the good fit of this road bike shoe. The sides and toe are made with perforations for optimal breathability. This minimises the risk of overheated feet, even on summer days.
Perfect adjustment with the BOA closure and the Velcro straps
With the BOA L6 Dial system you can make quick, precise micro adjustments for an optimal fit. In addition, the RP400 cycling shoes are equipped with asymmetrical Velcro closures. These straps relieve pressure on the major pressure points of the foot. With this, the RP400 road bike shoe delivers optimal comfort.
The fibreglass-reinforced nylon sole provides better power transmission
The lightweight nylon sole is reinforced with fibreglass. This material provides the sole with extra stiffness, resulting in an improved power transmission to the pedals. This means that all your efforts on the bike are converted into speed even more effectively.
With the Shimano RP400 you are assured of a road bike shoe that perfectly combines quality and affordability.

To help you as best we can in choosing the right shoe size, we measured all shoes ourselves. All you have to do now is measure your own foot length and we will indicate which shoe size fits you best per brand. You can easily measure your foot by placing an A4 sheet on the floor against the wall. Stand with your foot on the paper with your heel against the wall. Draw a line next to your big toe (or the toe next to it if it's longer). Mark your other foot on the paper as well and then continue with the largest foot. Now measure this distance and you have your foot length in cm's! Please note: some suppliers have their own measurement system, which means that what is on the shoe box may differ from what we have measured.
The shoe size you need may vary per brand. This is because certain brands have a smaller or larger last. In addition, we have divided the shoes into narrow / medium / wide. Read all about this on our blog!

Whiteout!
- Gary 15 May 2020
Bought these in white as a birthday gift for my son, they look fantastic but how long that last we'll see, I'd normal buy dark coloured shoes. Have bought a lot of Shimano shoes in the past and have always found the sizing very accurate.
