Description
Description
The Shimano Dura Ace R9250 front derailleur is part of the Shimano R9200 Di2 group set. The shifting speed of the front derailleur has increased by 45% compared to the Shimano Dura Ace R9150 derailleurs. The Shimano Dura Ace Di2 R9250 front derailleur therefore shifts much faster and more efficiently than a fully wireless groupset.
The shifting speed under load is also very impressive. The Shimano Dura Ace R9250 front derailleur is more compact and lighter. The frontal area has been reduced by 33%, is 96 grams lighter and is suitable for chainrings from 50T to 54T.
When installing, make sure to leave a gap of about 2 mm between the outer edge of the derailleur and the largest chainring.
Adjust your derailleur
It is important to properly adjust the derailleur after mounting. This is a meticulous job, which you can read all about here.
