The Selle Italia X-LR Super Flow saddle is a lightweight saddle designed specifically for mountain biking. The rear of the seat is semi-circular with a blunt front. The blunt nose reduces pressure on the seat while driving up and down climbs. The Selle Italia X-LR Super Flow, therefore, offers sufficient support and also ensures sufficient freedom of movement. The saddle is equipped with a titanium rail. This provides extra stiffness, which makes the saddle extra suitable for mountain biking.
This saddle has a semi-round rear part, making it highly suitable for riders who move a little while they ride and whose hips rock a little from side to side. The semi-round shape provides plenty of support for those riders while maintaining sufficient freedom of movement compared to a flat saddle.
Flexibility
This is a semi-flat saddle, meaning that the saddle is flat at the front, and raised a little at the back. The shape makes it particularly suitable for riders with a moderate degree of flexibility in their spine. This has to do with how easily these riders can rotate their pelvis: they might need little extra support when riding upright, but can manage on their own when riding on the drops.

Beautiful but nail-biting

Beautiful-looking saddle, but nail-biting. You can actually transmit the kick energy very well. The saddle pad is top notch in terms of skid resistance. You can move freely but maintain grip. However, I could not get a good sitting position on it regardless of how I had the saddle positioned. Despite the groove, it was precisely with this saddle that I got a pressing sensation.
