Great option for rack secured childseat. Well engineered and can easily be removed via two screws if thd rack needs to be used for panniers again.

Easy to fit adapter

If you need an easy-fit window for a Yepp bike seat and don't want to replace your rack it works fine but there are several issues. Installation isn't that easy, you have to hold the adapter up while you tighten the screws and try to align it all - it isn't hard but it's annoying so you're not going to be whipping it on and off. Once it is installed you can't put panniers on your rack! Even when you aren't using a bike seat the securing arms are very likely to get in the way of your pannier clips making your rack a bit useless. For this reason alone I have now bought a GMG pannier rack which has an easy-fit window but can still be used with panniers. It would be easy to remove this from your bike and steal the Yepp seat which makes the lock on the Yepp seat a bit pointless. All those negatives aside, it does mount securely on your rack and it is easy to fit the Yepp seat once the adapter is mounted.
