Vittoria Corsa Graphene 2.0

Made a trip to the Vittoria NEXT, but after 1,700km the canvas came through there. Quickly returned to the classic Corsa, which always and in all conditions delivers grip, lasts reasonably long for such a tyre (longer than the GP5000 and the Schwalbe One), rolls nicely smoothly and is good puncture resistance for this type of tyre. Front tyre lasted 7,500km and rear 3,000km. All in all, a fine all-rounder delivered quickly by Mantel. (For people who have trouble fitting this tyre, make sure both beads are (stay) well in the middle of your rim during fitting, then you'll pop the tyre on in no time!).

The Vittoria Corsa G2 is currently the best tire I have ever used. The most significant merit is definitely the grip that is immediately perceived from the first turns you take. Duration slightly less than competitors but irrelevant compared considering the road holding. To be careful in case of accumulated objects that could cause puncture,given the very soft tread.

On my vintage Mavic wheels the tires are pretty tight but it's doable. Haven't ridden that many miles yet to say anything about puncture resistance but previous experience with Vittoria has been pretty good on that score as long as the road surface is dry.

This is my 3rd set of there tyres. They offer great comfort and very low rolling resistance. They also compliment any bike as the one on both all black and a tan wall version, which I have on my all black bike. They also appear do offer great puncture resistance in the 28mm version. A great tyre.

"100% total garbage ladies and gentlemen!" That can not stand so: I drive the Corsa on German country roads in the "East" of the country - so often broken merged road surfaces, partial cobblestones and water-bound coverings; I can not confirm the alleged breakdown frequency by "little stones". I weigh +/- 68 kg, drive the Corsa thousands of kilometers per anno all year round and my puncture statistics in terms of Corsa hardly differs from that of the Conti 5000. The tire is by no means "total garbage", but IMO one of the best, because most comfortable and best-fitting tires that you can drive on long distances on the RR. You have to be able to ride then and with it of course RR and in every way...

The tire I tried after many other tires from the same price segment. After about 5,000 kilometers I have only exchanged the rear mounted tire to the front and the front mounted to the rear. Vittoria Corsa tires do not have a directional mounting indicator, so I had to send an e-mail to the after-sales service, which was quickly answered by them. These tires can be mounted in both directional directions.

I drove my first set of "Corsa" with great pleasure! The rolling characteristics are excellent according to my driving experience. Had also already two punctures on trips, which could be fixed very quickly, because the jacket is good to balance on the rim - in one case I had to do it without tire levers at quite cool 13 degrees and got along well. First the facts. The 28mm tires came out of the package at 269- and 270-grams. Measured on a 19mm inner rim, they are 28.51mm and 28.64mm. Mounting is a drama. I have been cycling very intensively for 33 years and I had never experienced this. But if you press the ends of the tire well toward the center of the rim and then work toward the valve, it works reasonably well. Then. how do they ride ? Really super ! Has great handling due to the grip and suppleness of the tire. Bad asphalt no longer exists. Then the rolling resistance. I can give a comparison with GP5000, the Pro One and the Rubino Pro. The GP5000 wins over the Corsa in that respect. But on all other points, the Corsa wins. The Pro One is also a fast tire, but feels more spongy. The Rubino Pro also fine, but less smooth and fast than the Corsa. I chose the all-black version and along with the Corsa's handling, I can definitely say they have the X-Factor.
