2 bikes with 2 bottle cages each almost impossible to fit, watch out for torque limiter
For this price, you expect a top-notch product. Bought this carrier because my previous carrier was not foldable. This one is and it cleans up much easier. Also, you can easily mount the carrier in folded position and then unfold it, works perfectly. Build quality is robust. So much for the positive..... If you want to fit 2 road bikes with 2 bottle cages each, this is almost impractical. The bracket is too low and/or the clamping arms are too short. Bottle holders get in the way as a result. I finally found 1 way, where the clamps have to go around the angled tube. And with carbon, that is precisely where you would rather not clamp. I first tried the torque limiter on a loose PVC tube and the force you have to apply before it stops clamping is frighteningly high. NO WAY am I going to clamp my expensive carbon bikes onto the angled tube with that force, even with the carbon frame protector I took with it. I ended up with a pair of loose adjustable bike clamps from Fiamma for a couple of tenner and they thankfully provide the solution, albeit not with locks.

Difficult to use with biamped e-Mtb
Nice to look at, complicated to use with bi-armored e-motorbikes, the stand where the support arms are mounted is too low

Excellent quality, but not suitable for electric mtb
Easy fold XT 2 933 is a bike rack not suitable for electric MTBs because the locking arms are not designed for this type of bike. It is a product that Thule will have to update.
