Was first using powder but now that I have tried this I like this better, easy to use and ideal on the go to refill the water bottle with a tablet.

Fine product and easy to take with you. Taste is nice which is also not unimportant. Replenishes necessary substances during a long ride. One tablet is for 500ml, but a larger bottle will do just as well. Very fast delivery by Mantel.

There aren't many products on the market that separate hydration (mineral salts) and nutrition (glucose-fructose). This one suits me just fine. Particularly good when it's hot and you need to drink more than you eat.

First time trying this product (cola flavor). The tablet dissolves well in the water bottle and the taste is fine (but obviously don't expect a 1-for-1 soda). For someone who previously only put lemonade in his water bottles, I notice that this stuff makes me less likely to get into higher heart rates. Furthermore, nice that it doesn't stick to my frame like lemonade ;-)

Also based on experiences of others to come to a good choice, the information on the hydro tablet is extensive and objective. The hydro tablets are easy to order. Packaging and shipping is fine. Contact options are also good in case of additional questions. Both the flavor Berry and Cola are good.

When you lose a lot of fluids, this is a very good complementary sports drink

The tablets are quite large but then again it delivers quite a lot. I have since done endurance and interval training with it and with a water bottle that had an ampule in it, the cramping was really a lot less present. The taste, cola, I think is more smell than real taste. It's also nice that your water bottle doesn't get sticky and with a little washing the taste is gone from your water bottle. In short, really recommended.

Product already tried pleasant and comfortable.

Because you lose a lot of fluids and electrolytes during cycling, it is nice to be able to replenish them immediately. This increases performance and prevents muscle cramping.
