Fine pedals at a fine price.
Great product, feels sturdy and cycles nicely. Sometimes it is a bit difficult to get the pedal in the right position to click the shoe on. Foot sometimes slips off. You have to get the hang of it and it works fine. Cycles better on the road than the "normal" spd pedals. Pressure is more evenly distributed.

Just right
Good value for money. Actually wanted Ultegra, but it wasn't available. Hence the 105. No regrets.

Having to do it earlier
Switched from XT SPD pedals transferred from a mountain bike to these SPD-SL pedals. There are still quite a few people who ride mountain bike pedals (SPD) on a road bike. I was one of them. After switching to these SL pedals, I wish I had done it sooner. It does make a difference when putting on the pedals, the power transfer is quite different. In other words there is more power on the pedals without any loss.

Great pedals
My first Shimano pedals, previously I rode with LOOK. Pleasant little pedals, cleats click in securely and easily. The cleats also allow you to walk reasonably well.

Nice product, may as well for that price
Installation easy, default setting was way too tight, shoes were almost impossible to get out. After adjustment, pedals work great

More economical than Ultegra
Why pay over €30 more for the Ultegra version! The 105 pedals have (over the years) a more favorable price per kilometer AND no noticeable differences in performance. (Still a lot of money for a pair of pedals).

Great value for money pedals
Great pedals at a great price. With this quality and functionality was not worth the extra price for Ultegra (other than to match the rest of the group). That extra anti-wear plate vs. Ultegra of you don't miss in my opinion, turn smoothly, assembly only with Allen, not wrench (no issue, is quite common). Come with new cleats. Just mounted so can't say anything about durability yet, but with Shimano quality experience I don't expect any problems

Solid pedals
The pedals click in and out smoothly. Boelen solidly and are certainly not too heavy.

Functionality and performance
Good pedals. They work properly and come with yellow cleats. Perfect for beginners or those who don't want to spend a lot.
