It is an excellent tool and does what it is supposed to do. Used several times on multiple bikes and 100% satisfied with the results. I would buy it again immediately should something go wrong with it unexpectedly. In future evolutions, it would be nice if the compartment where fluid is added would be slightly larger with straight top edges to prevent spillage. Furthermore, closure of the rib-reinforced space. At the tip would make it easier to clean after use.

This device does exactly what you would expect from it. Decent quick cleaning with no mess. Also clean up after simple. It helps me against cracking of the chain. Then just lube with proper lube and you are good to go.

Chain cleaner works great, it doesn't jam nor leak excessively. Very good quality and design. The degreaser bottle could be a little bigger but I guess it's ok.

A very simple and at the same time quite thorough way to clean the chain regularly without having to dismantle it or awkwardly handle a rag and the dirt does not fly across the area. Especially sticky dirt on the inside of the chain links, which is hardly accessible with a rag, is removed well and quickly, which was a main reason for me to buy. Highly recommended.

Outside just for cleaning the chain and sprockets. No splashing.
