I have been using this product for over a decade, to my complete satisfaction; otherwise I wouldn't order it back, would I?

After getting the red ones, I switched to the gray ones, so unclipping is easier without having to pull out the heel too much. The Teflon inserts seem to be very effective in eliminating squeaking. But they're still fragile and slippery to walk on, so they're obviously not made for walking.

Just slightly different from the old shimano ones. On the bike, fine. But walking in the house on the tiles is dangerous. Very slippery ;-)

I'm used to Shimano pedals, but I'm discovering the Keo's because I got Look pedals. Easy to clip on, good foot hold except that ...I should have taken the grey ones ... angle too important ... You have to find the right compromise and tighten them to the max. For walking on tiles, a little more slippery than Shimano. Maybe for the longevity ... will be more than Shimano they age poorly

Easy to fit. They were too tight in the pedal in the past, but I don't have that problem now.

A good quality cleat but they do wear and need to be replaced annually or so.
