Perfectly meets my expectations

To replace Kéo look max2 carbon pedals (32,000kms), good value for money and fast delivery.

Have been using Look pedals for years and have been very satisfied with them.

It's a great item, I've had a pair before. That's why I bought them again. I'm totally satisfied with the Pendale.

Evolution of the Keo used for 13 years. The gap between the crank and the cleat is still wider than with the old pedals, a look that prevents rubbing.

It is a fine pedal and the second time I have purchased these. The first ones lasted an incredibly long time until there was play on the shaft. No more than logical wear and tear. Keep in mind that these only snap in on one side, unlike SPD pedals, for example. I don't find that a problem, but if you want to use the same shoes for MTB and race maybe something to think about.

I still had old look pedals. Now bought these on the advice of a bikefit. Free new plates for under your shoes included. World of difference. Tight and smooth engagement. Also easy to unclick. I should have bought these much earlier. And a lot cheaper than quality Shimano SPD-SL pedals.

After wearing out my first Keo Easy, I was curious to test the Keo 2 Max to see if I felt a real difference. There's no doubt about it: the wider contact patch makes for more efficient pedaling and tends to considerably reduce fatigue over long distances. Even on a home trainer, I get a better feeling of efficiency.

Cheap but very functional pedal. I was very impressed with the spring force on the pedal release. I like it very hard and these pedalo mo fully satisfy. Super recommended purchase

Very reliable and maintenance-free pedals. Only 5 grams heavier than the carbon version. Obviously slightly less stiff than the carbon version but don't think the average cyclist is going to notice this difference. Old ones were not yet worn out after 41,000 km, but because the contact surface has become slightly larger I ordered a new set anyway.

First click pedals. Wondering how my knees liked it. No problem with the gray pads. Clipping in still needs some attention, takes some practice. Clicking out goes smoothly. Pulling and pushing with the pedals is surprising.

Keo makes quality pedals that offer just more stability than SPD pedals. These are durable - they have been on kijj different bikes for years - with their the steel part, although they are not tight enough for the competitive rider to transmit all the power.

I had to replace my previous ones after 6 years and much more than 100,000 km because the plastic on the right pedal had become very thin (I always click right in and out first). If these last as long, I will be a very satisfied customer :-) (PS I have the carbon version for my other bike and it clicks in and out much less comfortable, I have to put extra grease on it or sometimes it doesn't work).

This pedal compared to the previous ones I tried gives me the senzaition that the shoe fits the pedal perfectly and the thrust is more effective. Maybe it is just a feeling but I am glad I chose this model.

I've been using Look Keo for 10 years now No issues at all. I find the blade pedals a little overpriced and prone to failure. The Keo 2 Max is the best value and longest lasting I expect to get 10,000 miles from a pair and they seem to cope well with the bad weather.

I transitioned from SPD peddles for my mountain bike to the Keo's on my road bike. They feel great. Make sure you have the 8mm hex to mount them.

Was looking for a decent 2nd set of pedals for my indoor bike. Weight was less relevant but I chose these instead of the cheaper version because of their sturdier construction. After 2 weeks of use and about 400km on the bike, I am still very satisfied with the product and the Mantel delivery service!

KEO max 2 pedals have to be the best value and one of the most robust pedals about. Unless your doing the Tour de France then the little bit of extra weight doesn’t even factor, in fact if it’s light weight your after then your better off keeping the max 2 pedals and swapping the bacon butties for an odd salad...would recommend these all day everyday....happy days...

Noticeably lighter than the Keo Classic pedals I used before. These were less positive to click-in at first but after loosening the tension this is easier. I really don't like the rubber anti-slip inserts on Keo kleats in general - these fall off and so the life of the kleats is really reduced. The original kleats without the rubber were much better.

I prefer shimano pedal..

Pedals are light, look great and work well. Keo grip cleats are a big improvement off the bike. One small point is they don’t always rotate to the right orientation for clipping, unlike some exustar pedals I have which always seem to be the ‘right way up’ Overalll I’m pleased I paid a little extra for the quality.

I was very pleased with the purchase of these Look Keo 2 Max peddles. They feel much stronger and more shore footed than the classics they replace. I can get the power down with urgency and confidence. Mantel were very competitively priced and even in these more challenging times they delivered quickly. Top marks Mantel!

Web site is comprehensive stating cleats are included. Materials provide a good mix of minimising weight against performance. Additional fixture within cleat plans for replacement of new cleats in the same position as expired cleats.
