Lezyne Strip Alert Drive

I really like Lezyne's products. However, I found this product a bit disappointing. The brake function is too sensitive and also the Alert Function is very sensitive. For this reason, I returned the product.

Very unpredictable in battery life due to the alert function. Maximum 2 hours is my feeling. On long rides, the lamp is often off because the battery is dead. This actually makes it a very unsafe rear light in my opinion. Regretting the purchase

The Lezyne rear light is quick and easy to attach to the seat post. It does not slip or wobble and can even be switched on while riding. Thanks to the many modes, the light can be adapted to all conditions. The respective modes and especially the brake light function ensure that you are perfectly seen in road traffic.

Different modes make you highly visible in the dark as well as during the day. Brake function and alert function work well. Unfortunately, the battery life is not what is promised. After a ride of just under 3 hours in Day Time mode, I notice that the battery is completely empty, even though it was fully charged....

First of all, this is a light you will be seen with anyway, so super safe! Convenient to charge via USB and easy to mount. When mounting it, make sure you have a piece of the seatpost left over. In my case, my saddlebag was in the way and I was forced to mount the light on the frame, so it is not ideally positioned. Furthermore, the alert function is very sensitive, slowing down a little by briefly applying less power to your pedals will make your cycling buddy behind you squint his eyes. I would therefore have liked both the sensitivity and brightness of the alert function to be adjustable. All in all, an awesome light and incredibly safe, with a few small things to consider.
