Fizik Tempo R4 Overcurve

Only briefly in the house and therefore little used. The first feeling, however, is very good. Easy to put on and take off and tighten and loosen. On top, the shoe feels smooth. The sole feels firm. I still have to get used to this feeling, but I also had old shoes that were too flexible. So I expect to enjoy these for a long time.

Long searched for shoes for wide feet that also ventilate. These shoes in wide fit just fine. At first, the shoe tongue takes some getting used to because of the asymmetry. But after a while, you no longer pay attention to this. There is a ventilation channel in the sole, which also works. Mantel's sizing guidelines are correct. I have now used the shoes on the flat and in the mountains, during short and long tours and a cyclo. Also with very hot weather. Felt good.

Perfect fit, quality as always from Fizik. The shoe is a real winner in the photos. Great purchase. The delivery was very fast and in perfect condition.

On the advice of saleswoman in shop, ordered online for a very nice price. Unfortunately white, but the price was also fine. Sole is not full carbon, but that's fine for a touring cyclist like me. Also falls slightly wider than the cheaper model the R5.

delivered top fast, and hope to do some kilometres soon :) i bought these after 4 years of wearing giro shoes. using size charts and comparing websites giro and fizik i arrived at size 43, narrow version. fits fine. my Giro are 44 and was especially a bit scared of the 'narrower' fizik. curious about the performance of the non-full carbon sole, i will keep you posted in a few 100s of kilometres!

Very nice shoes, fit well. Only downside is that you have to maintain them well (polish) then they stay nice.

It took me a while to find the right shoe, I first bought the Fizik R5 Overcurve but it was too narrow, tried it one size bigger (recommended on the fizik site) but this didn't work either. So then I ordered the wider brother, the Fizik R4. Sits extremely well, it feels like I have enough room but not too loose in my shoes. Very nice shoe!

The shoe is stiffer than somewhat cheaper cycling shoes. This transfers the power well to the pedals, but it is a bit different from what I was used to. But once used to this, it fits fine!

It's not until you have been riding with these shoes that you really feel how good they really are. You can feel your power just working on a hill or back off and rest with everything going int the crank. No power loss. . 5 hour ride the first time out, no problems, incredibly comfortable.

I have been wearing the shoe for two years now and have now treated myself to a new "colour" :-) I'm most convinced by the fit, but also by the design. PS: The openings on the sole are not only good for ventilation, but also let the water run off if you get a good shower :-)

I was looking at these last year , but my size was no longer available . Now they do, but Mantel's size advice was too big for me, so I had my shoe size delivered. I used Sidi, a good shoe, but on long rides I got cramps in my foot. Now bought Fizik and after the good delivery from Mantel immediately put it on and it felt good straight away. I have yet to ride a long ride with it but have high hopes.
