Upon purchase, I had a higher expectation of the product. But the cleaner does not seem much more effective than just old-fashioned scrubbing. It also leaked quite a bit of dirty chain cleaner during use. Other than that, the device is solidly constructed it seems. Time will tell whether this is true in the long run.
